Meet The StaffKris Kaniski, Pharm.D., Owner - Kris@communityclinicalrx.comKris is a compounding pharmacist and owner of Community Clinical Pharmacy. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern College of Pharmacy in Glendale, Arizona in 2001. Kris received his training here at Community Clinical Pharmacy from the previous owner before taking over in 2003. Kris's passion for compounding is evident to everyone who works with him. He is always on the cutting edge of technology. Kris makes sure when you come to Community Clinical Pharmacy you get the personal service of yesterday, with all the technological advancements of today. Sharzad Green, Pharm.D., Hormone Specialist - hormonehelpers@cox.netSharzad Green, Pharm.D. is a compounding pharmacist specializing in Natural/Bio-identical Hormone replacement therapy (NHRT). She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arizona in 1990 and got her formal training at the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA) in 1998. She owned her own compounding pharmacy before joining Community Clinical Pharmacy in 2002. Since 1999, Sharzad has worked with over 5,000 men and women regarding hormone imbalances, PMS, menopause and andropause. Her goal is to educate her patients on their choices in hormone replacement therapy. All the hormones she recommends are plant derived and Bio-identical (i.e. have identical molecular structure to the actual hormones that the human body produces). Numerous doctors in Arizona and several other states have utilized Sharzad's services and have had a great success rate with their patients. That is due in large part to the time and dedication each patient receives. Sharzad instructs her patients to keep in contact and keep her up to date as to their progress. She offers a unique and unmatched service.
Brenda Fletcher, Pharm.D - Brenda@communityclinicalrx.com Brenda recieved her Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona in 2005. Brenda is a licensed immunizer (adult) as well as as a certified Medication Therapy Management (MTM) provider. Brenda is also in the process of being certified to provide health screenings for blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, and BMI. Brenda is a married mother of 2 who enjoys camping and spending time with her family. We are very excited to have Brenda as a part of our team. Please feel free to call the pharmacy to find out more about MTM and future health screenings. Anne Marie, Office Coordinator Anne Marie is our "go-to girl"! She does HR, billing, insurance claims, workman's comp claims and just about anything else we need. Anne Marie makes sure we have everything we need and does it with a smile on her face.
Kirsten, C.Ph.T. - Kirsten@communityclinicalrx.com Kirsten has been a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Community Clinical Pharmacy since 2004. She is one of our compounding technicians and our billing/insurance coordinator. Kirsten's willingness to help and knowledge of compounding makes her an integral part of our team. Patty, C.Ph.T Patty has worked at Community Clinical Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician since 2005. She is responsible for coordinating our mail out program and is an exceptional technician. Patty is also bilingual and able to assist our Spanish speaking patients with their medication therapy needs. Emily, C.Ph.T Emily joined our team all the way from Suwanee, Georgia! She is a pre-pharmacy major and is a certified pharmeceutical compounder. Emily has experience compounding veterinarian medications as well as human medications. We are very lucky to have her in our lab. Kylee, Tech Trainee Kylee is the newest addition to our pharmacy team. She recently graduated from Queen Creek High School where she was a student athletic trainer. Kylee hopes to one day open her own Physical Therapy clinic and is currently attending Chandler/Gilbert Community College. Bryan, Barrista and Crepe Creator Bryan is our barrista and crepe master. His enthusiasm and can-do attitude is contagious. He brings with him lots of expereince making crepes and delicious coffees. Ask him to make you his peanut butter cup crepe - you won't be sorry! Robin, Marketing Director - Robin@communityclinicalrx.com Robin came to Community Clinical Pharmacy in May of 2008 to do sales and marketing. She received her Bachelor of Communication in 2003 from Arizona State University. With her background as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and her communication education, marketing for a pharmacy is a perfect fit. |
