Q: How far in advance should I call in my refills?

A: Community Clinical Pharmacy asks that patients give 24 hours notice on all refill requests. This is to ensure that your compouned medications are made or give us time to contact your doctor if refills are required.

Q: How do I set up a private hormone consultation with Sharzad Green?

A: Simply call 480-969-0600 to set up a time. Sharzad or one of our technicians can find a time that works for both of you. Each consultation lasts approximately one hour and costs $95.
